Art opens doors

A work on the wall opens a conversation. In a reception area, in a meeting room, at an evening with guests. It says something about the person who hung it before they have said a word themselves.

Every work comes with papers

A certificate of authenticity belongs to every work, without exception, and the artist signs it by hand. To this are added the work dossier, where one exists or is prepared on request, and on request an expert valuation report by an independent licensed valuer, recording the value as at an expressly stated date.

We represent rather than broker

Joe Muczka jr. is represented by us exclusively. He has painted since 1996, has more than 500 private views and short exhibitions behind him and holds the Zlatá Europea award, in German Goldene Europea, of the European Union of Arts in the painting category. At the Le Chomat showroom in Prague his work is on permanent display.

There are three routes to a work

Buy an existing work. Commission a work that takes up your company. Or use a motif under licence, without acquiring the original.

Licences

Licence 1 permits the use of a motif for one year in your own communication: print, invitations, gift and greeting cards, website, advertisements, vehicles, exhibition stands and facades, without size restriction. Articles sold carrying the motif, such as shirts or mugs, are included up to 100 items per product. Data are supplied at high resolution and as a vector file. CHF 920 including VAT.

Not included are art prints and decorative prints offered for sale, in any run, and anything JTP Active Invest AG offers itself.

Licence 2 is the commissioned work for your company: a work created specially, which belongs to you, combined with an appearance by the artist and long-term rights to the motif. From CHF 25,000 excluding VAT, on quotation.

Licence 3 applies to industrial use: articles above 100 items per product, art prints for sale, beverage and food packaging, series and industrial production. It is negotiated individually and governed by a separate contract. Talk to us before you plan.

Every use of a licensed motif must carry the note «by Joe Muczka jr.». We provide templates for this.
