Privacy policy
This policy applies to the art pages of JTP Active Invest AG. For the online shop at jtpai.vip, the version published there applies.

We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors from the European Economic Area, the provisions of the GDPR apply in addition.
2. What these pages do not do
We put this point at the beginning on purpose, because it settles most of the usual data protection questions:
- We do not set any cookies. Neither our own nor third-party ones.
- We use no analytics or tracking tools. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no reach measurement.
- We load no third-party content when a page opens. Fonts, images and design are on our own server. The preview images of our videos are there as well. Opening these pages creates no connection to Google, to social networks or to other providers. Only when you start a video yourself is it loaded from YouTube. See section 4.
- There is therefore also no cookie banner. There would be nothing to consent to.
3. Data when visiting the site
When a page opens, your browser transmits technically necessary information to the server on which these pages are held. This is stored in the server logs:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page requested
- browser and operating system used
- referrer URL, that is, the page visited beforehand
This data serves the secure operation of the pages and is deleted after six months. We do not merge it with other data and do not evaluate it in relation to individuals.
4. Videos from YouTube
On some pages we embed videos from our own YouTube channel. We do so in the form known as the two-click solution: at first you see only a preview image that is held on our own server. As long as you do not click the video, no connection to YouTube or Google is created and no data is transmitted there.
If you start a video, it is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's extended data protection mode. From that moment the provider receives your IP address and technical details about your device and browser; if you are signed in to Google, it can associate the playback with your account. We have no influence over this. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. What happens to your data there is described in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The legal basis for loading after your click is your consent, which you give with the click. You can watch each video directly on YouTube instead; if you do not click, the pages remain fully usable.
5. The forms for our free documents
At several points you can request free documents: the checklist with 12 points on the page Original art with an expert valuation and the counter-calculation for the customer relations budget on the page Host and corporate art. The same applies to both:
- What we collect: your e-mail address and nothing else. We ask for no further details.
- What for: solely to send you the document you requested. We do not run a newsletter and send you nothing further unasked.
- Invitations, only if you wish: In both forms you can tick a box if you would like to be invited to vernissages and events. Without that tick we use your address solely to deliver the document.
- Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form, and for invitations additionally the ticked box.
- Withdrawal: at any time, informally, to info@jtpai.vip. Withdrawal applies for the future.
- Disclosure: we do not pass your address to third parties and do not sell it.
- Retention: until you withdraw. After that we delete the address.
The form is transmitted through our own server. No external form service is involved, and the details do not leave our environment. The server is operated by Websupport s.r.o. in Slovakia, that is, within the European Union; no transfer to a third country takes place.
Besides sending the e-mail, we record your request in a list that is not publicly accessible. It contains the time, the document requested, your e-mail address, your consent to invitations if given, and the IP address the request came from. The IP address serves solely to detect abusive mass entries. We delete the list no later than twelve months after the entry, and your address earlier at any time on request.
6. If you call or write to us
If you call or send an e-mail, we process the details you give us: as a rule name, contact details and the content of your enquiry. We use them to answer your enquiry and to handle any contract. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass your data to third parties, except where this is necessary to perform a contract, for example to a transport company when a work is delivered, where legal provisions require it, or where you have expressly consented.
8. Data security
These pages are transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. Access to our systems is restricted and password-protected; we keep systems and software up to date.
9. Your rights
- Access: you can find out at any time what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: you can have incorrect or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: you can request erasure, unless statutory retention obligations prevent it.
- Objection and withdrawal: you can object to the processing and withdraw consent given at any time.
- Data portability and the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

10. Changes
We adapt this policy when the technology of these pages or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies in each case.
11. Language
In case of doubt, the German version of this policy applies. Translations are for information and have no legal validity in the event of a dispute.
